Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If our products do not match your expectations, we are more than happy to accept returns for any reason within 30-days of delivery as long as the product is unused and in good condition. Once the returned material has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in good condition, we will issue a refund – minus a 10% restock fee. If there is damage to the returned product, a partial refund may be issued (on a case-by-case basis).

To receive a prepaid return label, you must:

  • Contact us via phone [(404) 228-6329] or email [info@applianceart.com] to request a prepaid return label. Please be sure to include your order # (from the packing slip) in your request.
  • Repack the product with our packing material to ensure the product does not shift in the box and arrives in good condition. Use additional packing material if necessary to prevent the product from becoming scratch inside the tube and/or damaged while en route. Please be sure to use plenty to tape to secure the ends of the box.
  • Once the returned material has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in good condition, we will issue a refund – minus a 10% restock fee. If there is damage to the returned product, a partial refund may be issued (on a case-by-case basis).
  • Your return must be postmarked no more than 30-days after the delivery of your order.

Amazon Customers

[Please Note] This product does not qualify for free return shipping through Amazon. If you request a return with Amazon, we may not be able to send a prepaid label. Per Amazon Return Policy, returns may be subject to a restock fee.

We are proud to produce and print the Instant Granite product family in Atlanta, Georgia.  Because we do not rely on printed materials from a factory overseas, we are able to assert a high level of quality control over every phase of the production process (from initial printing to final packaging) to provide you with a distinctly beautiful, superior product that will last for up to 4 years.
